Membership Subcription 2018
The registration period is now open with the club.
Registration cost for existing players will be $360 which includes white shorts (mandatory for away games this season) while the cost for new players will be $350 which includes a one off jumper, shorts (coloured & white) and socks to the value of $100+.
Life Members will continue to be $300 all season. White Shorts will also be included.
Non-playing Membership is $50 for the season.
Player sponsorship is $700 with two tickets presentation night included as part of the package. See Frank Massara regarding details for player sponsorship.
Methods of Payments
The Club accepts payment by the following methods:
CASH or CHEQUE paid to a Committee Member, cheques made payable to "Coburg Superules FC Inc".
CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD, a number of Committee Members have electronic application on their phones to make these transactions or we can email you a link or you can just click on one of the link on the right hand side of the this page to make secure payment.
DIRECT DEPOSIT to our bank account. Bendigo Bank, BSB: 633000 ACCT: 156117061, NAME: Coburg Superules Football Club Inc. Please include your surname in the reference.
A direct debit PAY BY INSTALMENT PLAN option is also available usually 10 fortnightly payments. If you want a direct debit payment plan please ensure you have your bank details (BSB and Account Number) available.
NEW PLAYERS will need to complete a MEMBERSHIP FORM and some may require a player transfer if they are transitioning from senior football or another Superules club. We will check with existing players to ensure their details are correct and up to date.

If you want to purchase a new jumper, shorts, socks or any items of apparel such as training tops, polos and hoodies they will be on sale at training. Our short sleeve jumpers are reversible so you do not have to purchase a home and clash jumper. If however you’d like a long sleeve the reversible option is not available. Jumpers are not off the rack and must be ordered, so give yourself time by ordering early so they can received round 1. See Dave Pengelly at training.
Why Do We Have Membership?
Membership is the life blood of our Club and without it we would cease to exist. On average it costs the Club about $60,000+ per year just to function and get players on the field. From a members contribution perspective this is as little as $6.75 per week, it’s a couple of beers at the local pub or a happy meal for the kids, less than a $1 a day. Sponsorship whilst playing an important part will not alone cover all the associated costs.
At Coburg we don't cut corners, it’s a trademark and we intend to maintain a high standard. Unlike other Clubs we always provide umpires at home games, have trainers to lend support to players to manage injury and recovery and all the equipment and materials needed to ensure high quality training and enjoyable games. We will NEVER compromise on this because it's what the members of our Club come to expect.
Be advised that membership subscriptions include club liability insurance but do NOT include personal insurance coverage. Individuals are encouraged to look into obtaining private health and income protection insurance to ensure suitable coverage to suit their circumstances.
What if I Cannot Pay The Membership Subscription up Front?
The Club understands that not everyone's financial position is the same and people sometimes find it difficult to pay the total cost upfront. Therefore, we have introduced a direct debit payment plan which is managed through an organisation called Pay Advantage.
Members have the option of paying by 10 fortnightly instalments. Select the "Pay By Instalment" option on the right hand side of this page.
If you are having trouble paying or would like to tailor a payment plan speak with the Treasurer Frank Massara, the conversation will remain confidential.
Can I Become a Non-Playing Member?
Yes, you most certainly can. If you still want to be part of the Club but can no longer play we welcome you to join. The fee for Non-Playing Membership is $50.
What If I Can Only a Handful of Games During The Season?
Please talk to a Committee member and we will see if we can tailor a solution to suit yours and the Club's needs.
